Deposit to schedule a meeting
Schedule an in-studio or remote meeting for a custom creation, or for any gold buying or selling inquiries.
Selecting a time slot and paying a deposit ensures the quality and professionalism of our discussions.
For the Custom Design service, the deposit will be applied toward the payment for your project.
The deposit paid for booking a meeting is non-refundable if a cancellation or modification is requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. In case of a no-show or significant delay, the deposit may also be retained. Any cancellation or modification request must be communicated in writing (via email or contact form). If a refund is issued to the original payment method, transaction fees of 3.9% (Canada) or 4.9% (USA) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
